TEAM ROSTER - MAKING CHANGES - 2010-08-30 |

IMPORTANT: As this year we have problems
in this area, I would like to remind all those who manage team
roster that:
1. When you remove a player from the roster all his statistics (goals) are gone as well. 2. If you try to re-order players on the roster, you will mess up goal statistics as well. Make changes to the roster only when necessary and double-check all the information before saving the roster again. |

Each team is able to login to their area and enter, correct contact
information. This is the only way to make sure this information is
always up-to-date. Remember that opposing teams depend on this
information for game change requests as well as if they have
questions in regards to your field location.

All teams are now added to the database. Teams from previous year
will have the same user id and password.
If you are a new team, lost your information or would like to change the password, please go to this page: http://www.wosl.net/web_support/web_site_support_form.htm and fill in the support request form. Please make sure that you select your division, enter team name and who you are. I will release the information only to contacts that were submitted as the official team contacts. Once you have your login information, please test it ASAP. Again use the above form if you have any issues. After you login for the first time, you must click on Team Info link at the top and check your contact information. If it is not correct or missing you have to make sure you do appropriate updates. It is a duty of all team representatives to make sure this information is up-to-date. Other teams depend on that information. At this point you can also add team roster. Make sure you enter OSA number, if you do no have it yet put 0. If you miss even one OSA number the roster will not save. League and Cup Schedules are now entered into the system, and all of them should be ready before the end of this week. Please double check the schedule for your team. Webmaster |
